Shipping

We ship in Italy and all Europe from our warehouse located in Rome, Italy. Orders are processed and shipped within 2-6 business days unless otherwise stated. Made to order items require approximately 4-7 weeks before shipping. Shipping times and costs vary depending on your location. Delays due to customs or external carriers are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping.

Returns

Refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

In that case please contact us at thingsbysimmcat@gmail.com to make a claim.

We will cover shipping costs and take care of the issue. You should place the article(s) in a suitable bag or box, for example the one you received from Things by Simmcat. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used to make the purchase.
